Privacy

Privacy, data and transparency.

VerifyTech is designed to handle candidate, recruiter and assessment information responsibly. This page sets out the intended privacy position for the platform as it develops.

Overview

VerifyTech provides technical screening and assessment workflows for recruiters, employers and candidates. The platform may process account, company, invitation, assessment and result information where required to provide those services.

This is an initial product privacy page for the MVP. It should be reviewed before public production launch, especially once payment processing, analytics, email delivery and data retention rules are finalised.

Data we may collect

Depending on how the platform is used, VerifyTech may collect:

  • Account details such as name, email address and sign-in information.
  • Recruiter or employer organisation details.
  • Candidate assessment invitations and completion status.
  • Assessment answers, scores, timestamps and generated reports.
  • Technical and security information such as IP address, browser type and audit logs.

How data may be used

Data may be used to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Deliver candidate assessments.
  • Generate recruiter and employer reports.
  • Protect the platform against misuse.
  • Improve platform reliability and user experience.

Sharing

Assessment results may be shared with the recruiter, employer or organisation that invited the candidate to complete the assessment. VerifyTech should not sell candidate or recruiter data to advertisers.

Retention

Retention periods will depend on the final product rules. A production privacy policy should define how long assessment results, invitations, audit logs and account records are kept.

Your rights

Users should be able to request access, correction or deletion of their personal data where applicable. The production platform should include a clear support process for privacy requests.

Contact

Privacy contact details will be added before public launch.
